Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase. Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used. These include personal care, beauty, skincare, health, grooming, and other hygiene-sensitive items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Gift cards and clearance or final sale items are also non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible through a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
